Invitation to The Baltic Classic Masters in Helsinki August 4th-5th

The Baltic Classic Master Cup Helsinki 3rd edition on August 4th and 5th is launched!

The Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Baltic Classic Master Cup
is organized in Helsinki at Helsingfors Segelsällskap on August 4th and 5th 2012 by the HSS Classic Yacht Committee. The regatta is a part of the Baltic Classic Circuit.

Date
The regatta will take place on August 4th and 5th, and will last a full weekend from Saturday morning to Sunday evening.

Racing
Three race starts on each day.

Celebrations - Maxill Goes HSS
In the Saturday evening there will be celebrational a pop up restaurant dinner at the Eastern shed of HSS where the local and hugely popular classic bistro restaurant Maxill host the dinner. On Sunday Maxill will serve a brunch menu after the prize giving.

Expected numbers
At the 2012 event 40-50 classic yachts are expected to participate in the race. 350-450 sailors with friends are expected to visit the HSS Skifferholmen island at the regatta.

The regatta is organized in co-operation with the Scandinavian Classic Yacht Trust - SCYT. The mission of the Trust is to make sure classic yachts are sailed and seen. We, the CYC and the SCYT, believe this is the best way to make the yachts desired and preserved as part of our cultural heritage.
